Stretch and Strengthen Days

Usually, I hate "light" days or "strengthening" days on a workout plan. It's so boring, I usually skip it all together. But I recently discovered that Netflix has workout videos, and now strength training is a little better.



Yesterday I walked 1.5 miles and then did a yoga/pilates DVD. It was a pretty good workout!

What do you do on your light workout days?

    on light days I actually also like throwing in a video if I can...and I used to be really bad about this but lately have realized the importance of LOTS of stretching! have an awesome day!

  3. Do you ever do the Wii workouts?? Mike and I played the Wii Dance game the other day in my apt, and my place is so small that we kept hitting each other with our Wii remotes!!

  4. Noted! I love the Jillian Michael's DVDs (especially 30 day shred). I would love it if I could find more from her on Netflix for free. Nothing worse than having to PAY to get your butt kicked.
